Additions to the product leadership team and corporate counsel show growth for the technology provider

Pleasanton, Calif., Feb. 23, 2022 — Blume Global, a leading provider of supply chain technology solutions, has expanded its product leadership team with the addition of Jerome Roberts as vice president of product marketing and added Robert Sandor as senior corporate counsel.

With more than 25 years of experience in the supply chain industry, Roberts has driven innovative solutions for both SMB and global enterprise companies across all major industry verticals. Formerly, he served as vice president of marketing at UPS, where he led product innovation, customer technology and supply chain marketing.

"I am excited to join Blume Global and to play an active role in furthering the mission we share—helping our customers transform their supply chains to be more agile, enabling them to anticipate disruptions and bottlenecks in the value chain instead of simply providing visibility to issues without the means to get shipment and manufacturing exceptions back on track,” he said.

Roberts recently published a column in Logistics Viewpoints examining how to create a more resilient and agile supply chain.

A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Sandor received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota before going to work for a healthcare software company as its sole in-house attorney. While there, he drafted and negotiated a host of commercial agreements that were very beneficial for the company, even helping guide the sale of the company in 2018. He also has experience at Best Buy as associate corporate counsel.

Blume Global has also promoted Glenn Jones, Niyati Kohler, Santosh Pant, and Sudhir Unnikrishnan.

Jones has been promoted to senior vice president of product management. For more than three years, Jones has led marketing efforts, alliances and product strategy at Blume. In his new position, he will be focused primarily on strategy, management and R&D.

Kohler has been promoted to senior vice president of strategy and operations. Kohler has had a variety of roles in strategy, sales, program management, human resources and operations. She will continue to lead corporate strategy, human resources and CEO office functions including investor relations, board of director engagement and M&A activities.

Pant has been named senior vice president of product development. Pant has been part of the company for more than 14 years and is a key player in the development of Blume Global. He will be leading the product development for Blume globally.

Unnikrishnan has been promoted to senior vice president and managing director of India. Unnikrishnan built a 400+ person team in India over the last two years, despite COVID-related disruptions, and is establishing Blume as a significant player in India. He will be focused on growing customer base in South Asia, including India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

In addition to these moves, Blume Global has strengthened the product management and product marketing departments to ensure products will continue to provide tremendous customer value with high ROI, while also being differentiated and easy to use with near-frictionless implementation scalability. This will further position Blume Global as a supply chain orchestration technology leader, and a provider of innovative logistics execution and visibility solutions, while also further nurturing Blume’s customer-focused strategy.

“At Blume Global, we put our customers first and strive to provide them with unrivaled, state-of-the-art solutions. That is all made possible by our top-tier talented staff that we’ve grown over the years,” said Pervinder Johar, CEO of Blume Global. “The welcome addition of Jerome, along with the internal promotion of Glenn, Niyati, Santosh and Sudhir is testament to the investment we continue to make in our leadership team and our effort in cultivating a customer-first approach to innovation.”
